Your OWN and soLELY decision fromstarting, conducting from steps to steps until the completion of theCustomization Process and payment for a product constitutes your fullacceptance of these terms, and you voluntarily waive any and all claims,liabilities, or disputes against suptruck arising from or related to these terms anddisclaimers.

using our website, customizing products, or making any purchases.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suptruck and its affiliates,
officers, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental,special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lostprofits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or
related to your use of our services, products, or website

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the total aggregateliability of Suptruck for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities, whether incontract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall in NOEVENT EXCEED the total amount paid by you for your specific order in question. Injurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, our liability shall belimited to the minimum amount legally required.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility

Due to the high volume of products and our limitation ofresources, we cannot fully verify or control the intellectual property rightsassociated with all images, designs, or content displayed on our website. Additionally, our store allows customers to customize products by uploadingimages, text, or other content. By using this feature (also known as"Customization Process"), you confirm that you have the legal right to use anycontent you submit. Suptruck is not responsible for any legal claims, copyrightinfringement, or trademark violations arising from buyer-submitted content. Thebuyer assumes full liability for any intellectual property disputes related to theiruploaded content.

4. Content Disclaimer & Buyer's Responsibility

All content displayed in our store, including but not limited to product images,descriptions, pricing, and other related information, is provided for informationaland reference purposes only. The final product details, content, and pricing aresolely determined/customized by you through your customization choices viathe Customization Process before checkout. You must complete thecustomization process before proceeding with payment to us. If customizationProcess is not completed, the product will not be available for purchase and onlyfor your information of reference.

By finalizing the customization process and completing payment, the buyerexpressly acknowledges and agrees that they bear full and exclusiveresponsibility for all content uploaded, including images, text, and designs. Thebuyer further agrees to release and fully indemnify Suptruck and its affiliatesfrom any and all liability, claims, damages, or disputes arising directly orindirectly from the use, publication, or distribution of such content.

The actual color, appearance, and details of the product received may differfrom the images displayed on our website or those uploaded and previewed bythe buyer during the Customization Process. These differences are inherent in theproduction and printing process and do not constitute a defect ormisrepresentation by Suptruck. As such, Suptruck shall not be held liable for any
such variations.

5. Manufacturing & Shipping Disclaimer

All manufacturing and shipping services are provided by independent third-party providers. As such, Suptruck does not directly control the productiontimeline, shipping duration, or potential delivery issues. If your payment has beensuccessfully processed but you have not received your product, or if youencounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service teamwithin 30 days from your payment date for assistance.

Our shipping partners and their internal systems retain shipment records for only
30 days from the date such shipment order (the product ordered) is received byyou. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that any claims or issues reportedbeyond this 30-day period may NOT be traceable and NOT eligible for support.By purchasing from Suptruck, you acknowledge and accept these limitations on
order tracking and dispute resolution.

6. Legal Risk & Seller Liability Disclaimer

While we make every effort to comply with intellectual property laws, there is aninherent risk that third-party copyrighted material may unintentionally appearon our website. If a legal claim arises due to an image or design published in ourstore, we will take appropriate action as required by law. We highly recommendsolving the disputes via negotiation before taking strict and costly legal actions
in any jurisdictions.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Exchanges

If upon delivery of the product you feel that your order was incorrect, such as thewrong color, item size, or design, please email us at our customer services within30 days of your delivery. Claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Otherthan where goods are faulty, you have no right to cancel any order or return anygoods, and all orders are final.
