When can l expect to receive my shipment?

sometimes there won't be tracking available for these countries, depening the

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5-10 business days of the orderbeing placed. Shipment will arrive in between 7-20 business days after theshipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider andlocation. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipmentrequires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused bycarrier service.

What are your shipping rates?

We have a fixed shipping rate of $6.99 USD to US and 7.99 to most of othercountries. The shipping fee will show up at the end of your checkout process.

your orders reach Canada with minimal delay during this challenging time.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed within 6 hours after your purchase. You may

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
